I would like to exchange links with your site http://www.myvpnreview.com
Is this possible?

I give this an overall 2-star because of the way they handled the customer support. The proxy worked absolutely fine, so if all you need is an easy-to-use browser proxy, go for it. If you need something that will work for other connections (i.e. need a VPN), then you might have some issues. Their VPN service never would work for me.
One of the e-mails I received from support gave me a different client download than was hosted on the website, which seemed to confuse the following support rep. Another one of them specifically said, and I quote, “There was a small issue with your VPN account; I’ve resolved the issue and you should now be able to log into the VPN with no problems. Please let us know if you have further issues.” It still didn’t work.
This is fine, they were confused and didn’t seem to know much about how to fix the VPN (they didn’t offer a single technical solution), but they were responding literally within about 10 minutes of my e-mails. I appreciated the prompt responses. However, after 6 responses, I finally said that it might be easier for everybody if I just asked for a refund and moved on to another service (I’d been trying to connect for 2 days and we’d made no progress). I have yet to receive a single response, even after sending ANOTHER e-mail mentioning that I had not received a response since I said the word refund. It has now been 3 days since that point, which is a far cry from the original 10 minute response time.
In the end, I’d suggest buying the cheapest package you can to make sure it can offer what you need, because if it doesn’t, don’t expect any sort of help and/or refund.
